I am a qualified yoga teacher as well as an accredited mindfulness trainer and have evolved and my approach to reflect up-to-date research about mindfulness, mental health and general well-being.
I offer workshops, group courses and private sessions throughout the UK/Internationally in your place of work, in your home and/or over Zoom.
