I graduated with an MA in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh. I have worked as a corporate headhunter in London for the greater part of my career, recruiting candidates at Executive and Non-Executive Board level. I also participated in devising and delivering large-scale, global training initiatives.
On leaving London to start a family, I trained as a yoga teacher, qualifying in 2015, and I am a certified and insured member of the Yoga Alliance. I am also qualified to teach kids, tweens and teens. As well as mindfulness, I also teach yoga in corporates and to small, private groups.
I have been practicing mindfulness for many years and gained my professional mindfulness trainer accreditation in 2019. My approach is grounded in neuroscience and psychology, using empirical evidence to guide you to establish your own practice, relevant to your life and aspirations. I am keen to share my experience of the positive effects a regular attention to wellbeing can bring to life - both in and out of the workplace.
