I have really enjoyed the Mind Gym sessions that Christine runs. Its a well thought out and succinctly delivered programme of 30 minute sessions which gives you the space to think and practice techniques that can be readily applied to everyday life. I would highly recommend Christine to anyone who is interested in developing a more "mindful" headspace to help with the demands of work and their personal life.

As a slight sceptic of mindfulness, I set up the taster sessions with Christine for our business hoping that I would learn something (albeit still with reservations!). After just one session I started to see how "clearing the head" could assist in my day to day life. The 6 week programme that Christine provided different exercises to enable to individuals to find a way that worked for them. The feedback from everybody each week has been excellent...even from those sceptics like me!
